This week I’m talking about something everyone “loves” to hear churches talk about, money. For those who may or may not know, our pledge drive kicks off this Sunday, and it is a pretty big deal. So over the next few weeks I’ll be inviting guest writers onto this blog to talk a little bit about their experience in community engagement over the past year, This will range how people have been impacted as members of Trinity, or community partners. The work we do here is hard, often not very rewarding in the traditional (or mainstream) sense, but it is extremely important. You’ll read about what we do at our mobile Food for Thought pantry, our Toledo Street News lunches, and much more. I look forward to sharing this peek behind the curtain with you all, because it is worth knowing what we do here outside of Sunday morning.
