Momentum is upon us! A downtown Toledo festival supporting local (and international) music and art, this year Momentum is shifting to a combination of virtual and discoverable elements to safely engage attendees in arts and culture experiences.

Trinity is sporting a colorful collection of images of influential women throughout Toledo’s history by local artist Christopher Jones; installed in our Adams St. windows. This funky collection, along with a single letter that is part of The Alphabet Project- a downtown scavenger hunt, are part of a self-guided tour that promotes exploration of the downtown and uptown areas. Be sure to venture down to Trinity before Momentum wraps up to check out the incredible art!

Momentum is a free event and fun for all ages! The self-guided tour can be enjoyed on foot, by bike, or even in a car. Consider renting a Toledo Go Bike here for your tour!

Check back here as we’ll keep you updated as more information about this event is released! You can also find out more at Momentum Toledo!

Check us out on Facebook or Instagram to learn a the history and stories about each face you’ll see filling our Adams Street windows! These women are INCREDIBLE!

Thank you to Christopher Jones for the amazing art and stories about each woman. Thank you to Graphite Design and Build, who installed our Letter that is part of The Toledo Alphabet Project – featuring iconic letters from logos and signs throughout Toledo’s history. Twenty-six letters were placed all over town as part of this alphabet scavenger hunt!
And much gratitude to The Arts Commission for bringing us Momentum- a fantastic (and SAFE!) opportunity to immerse ourselves in local arts!
